Dieser kann nach Ihren Wünschen und Plänen, durch unsere Fachwerkstatt z.B. in amerikanischer Birke oder in Aluminium und selbstverständlich mit neuester Technik, SAT, Plasma TV, HiFi u.s.w., vollständigt ausgebaut und neu designed werden. Der Streamer eignet sich ebenso zum Umbau als Promotion- oder Verkaufswagen Fahrzeugpapiere liegen uns vollständig, wie bei allen unseren Fahrzeugen, im Original vor. Rebuilt body – extra 7” added (just beneath the windows) to increase internal headroom to 6ft 8”. All new lower external body panels installed with buck rivets. All original upper external body panels polished to match. Internal skin purchased and ready to install. Original door overhauled and extended to increase height of opening. New Airstream fold out aluminium step (as used on their Classic trailers) installed. New Zipdee awning on doorside. Hatches formed to offside wall for services. Original nameplates – Original cast brass ‘AIRSTREAM’ nameplate and Serial number plate (Serial number 1198 from California plant). Both refurbished, ready for re-fixing to the polished shell. New windows – New glazing to the original front and rear fixed windows, new Airstream opening side windows complete with inner fly screens. New floor – Nidacore rot proof polypropylene honeycomb floor, will last forever! Chassis – New bespoke galvanised steel bolt assembled chassis, with outriggers supporting the edge of the new floor, plus cross members supporting the tanks. 5000lb Flexiride axle. 215/75R14"C wheels and tires. Overrun braking system to suit 50mm coupling ball, hence braking is suitable for use in Europe or USA. Custom spare wheel carrier and wheel/ tire. New custom steel tube rear bumper ready for painting. Tanks - 22.5 gallon fresh water and 22.5 gallon gray water tanks (split tanks, so half of each tank is forward of the axle and half is aft of the axle – for optimum weight distribution), plus 11.25 gallon black tank. Electrically operated dump valves to gray and black tanks. Hydraulic levelling system – for levelling on uneven sites and for security – just raise one wheel off the ground! Electrical wiring – all new 12v and 110v wiring already installed in the walls. Other parts – Zipdee awning (cost $1117), Newport Propane Fireplace P9000 (cost $800.00), all internal light fittings (IMTRA, cost $1350), 2 No. Lifeline 4D batteries (cost $566).
